Come breathe, feel, release, infuse, vision, and let go. Be transformed by your breath! Transformative Breathwork is an incredible opportunity to release stuck emotions, energy, thought forms and tension and open up blocked visions, feelings and inner understanding and acceptance. It is a natural potent cleansing and opening tool the body itself provides for us. Held with awareness and over 30 years of facilitating &teaching, Jacia brings a musical soundscape, training, presence, blindfolds, encouragement, breath and sound and light touch ( with permission) to help assist you to follow what needs to move from within. The class begins with a short meditation and intention setting process and ends with an integration circle. IMPORTANT; Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. Please do not book this if you are pregnant or have any type of heart condition. You must come to this event not having eaten or drunk water for at least two hours before the start time. Bring with you a pillow, a yoga mat or camping pad, a blanket, and a blindfold that ties for your eyes. Update: This experience is held in Chico, California. The physical street address will be emailed upon purchase. Given the very contagious nature of this work... I will ask that you please do not come to class if you have any symptoms whatsover.
