6/1 6/8 6/15/6/22/6/29 Join Jacia as she guides you on a wonderful moving journey. Begin to change your relationship to your body, mind, heart and spirit with this Thursday morning dance practice. These classes will include an inspirational guided warm-up and a meditative cool down with new ways to empower a healing and loving relationship to yourself and access body wisdom. nourishment, grounding and inspiration. You can go at your own pace, dance, rest, stretch, whatever you need. You must download the free zoom app. You will also need to send your information to Jacia at satorihealingcenter@gmail.com . This course is non-refundable and you will be glad you said YES! You have the privacy to move in your own room at your own space and no one is watching you.
